- “We”, “us” and “our” we mean Vidzing Limited and our related entities.
- “Vidzing” we mean the Vidzing content platform and ecosystem.
- “You” or “your” we mean you – the person accessing or using Vidzing.
WHO CAN USE VIDZING?
You must be at least 16 years or have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to access and/or use Vidzing.
For parents and legal guardians – you are responsible for what your child views and engages with on Vidzing. There’s a lot of content available, but it’s not all appropriate or suitable for children. By allowing your child to access Vidzing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and are responsible for your child’s activity on Vidzing, including providing appropriate supervision, monitoring and access restriction.
For businesses – if you are accessing or using Vidzing on behalf of a business or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf and that the business entity agrees to these Terms.
Vidzing is not available to any person who has previously held an Account with us where that Account has been terminated by us for any reason (i.e. misconduct or breaking our rules).
Vidzing’s full range of features are only available to members who have an account with us (an Account). Without an Account, you can only access limited parts of Vidzing.

If there’s any inconsistency between these Terms and our Viewer Terms and Content Creator Terms, then our Viewer Terms and Content Creator Terms will have priority.
Vidzing is a global video streaming/content marketplace and ecosystem. We provide a hosting platform for our community of Content Creators to create, upload, record and/or stream content for viewers (like you!) to watch and access.
Content Creators are individually responsible for all content they make available on Vidzing. That includes ensuring it is original, has the required rights or permissions to use third party works included in the content, that the content doesn’t infringe intellectual property rights, as well as making sure that all content complies with our Content Creator Terms, policies, and all laws. We have rules in place which prohibit objectionable, offensive, bullying, violent, harmful, or otherwise illegal content from being uploaded to Vidzing.
We review flagged/reported pages to identify, investigate and in some cases take down any content which violates our rules, guidelines or any law. We are under no obligation to host content and take action to ensure Vidzing remains a safe and inclusion platform.
You may only access Vidzing for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, download, distribute, share, broadcast, transmit, license, sell, reproduce or otherwise use any content available through Vidzing.
We don’t give any warranties about the accuracy, reliability or completeness of content available on Vidzing. You are in charge of and responsible for any actions you take as a result of or in reliance on any content on Vidzing.
CODE OF CONDUCT, COMPLAINTS AND CONTACT
As part of our Vidzing community, we expect all users, whether creators or viewers, to comply with our Codes of Conduct.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards offensive, harmful or objectionable content. Our community plays an important part in monitoring content and cultivating a safe user experience on Vidzing. If you see any content on Vidzing which you think we should know about then you can submit a complaint and flag the content for review by emailing email@example.com.
If you are a copyright owner and believe that content on Vidzing infringes your copyrights or other intellectual property rights, please submit an Infringement Notice by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’d like to get in contact with us about anything else, please email email@example.com and we’ll get back to you.
We will remove any content on Vidzing if we think it is the right thing to do.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
There may be links to third party websites on Vidzing which we don’t own or control. We take no responsibility for the content, validity, accuracy or use of any other website.
We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. If we make any material changes then we’ll let you know before those changes come into effect by including a notification (or something similar) on Vidzing.
Cookies are small bits of data that are stored in your browser or device. When you access Vidzing, we collect cookies so that we can provide you with a tailored browsing experience and remember your preferences each time you visit us.
Cookies don’t identify you personally and you can opt to block or delete cookies. Just bear in mind that some parts of our platform may not function as intended.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damage, or for any loss of profit, income or savings or any costs or expenses incurred or suffered by you or any other person, arising out of or connection with, your access to, or use of, Vidzing or any content available therein.
It’s up to you to take precautions in relation to any spyware, viruses or other items of a destructive nature.
